The Qlik Sense NPrinting On-Demand Extension is showing a 500 Internal Server Error in Google Chrome Developer Tools.
The report is never able to generate.
In the Qlik NPrinting Engine logs the following error appears:
ERROR: Cannot apply filter Filters: [Fields: [Name: ConnectionId: 747678c3-0213-43bd-9bcd-51ac8d26d7cb, Values: [String:, String:], Override: False, Void: False, Name: ConnectionId: 747678c3-0213-43bd-9bcd-51ac8d26d7cb, Values: [String:Active], Override: False, Void: False], Void: False], Bookmark: , Void: False to current document data.
Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows , February 2019 SR1 and later
Qlik NPrinting , November 2018 and later
The issue is caused by conflicting filters in the Qlik NPrinting Web Console.
These filters can be checked by navigating to the Apps --> Filters and the Reports --> Filters for the App.
Filters are applied in the following sequence:
The Qlik NPrinting filters need to match what is selected in the Qlik Sense App in order to run a report.
The selection list will show these values are not valid and show them as greyed-out.
