How to collect the Qlik Nprinting install logs

If Qlik NPrinting fails to install, the first piece to investigate are the installation log files. These log files are stored in the installation user's %TEMP% folder.

Example: C:\users\<installationuser>\Appdata\Local\Temp\ 

• for the Nprinting Server all Qlik_Nprinting_Server*.log,
• for the Nprinting Engine all Qlik_Nprinting_Engine*.log, 
• for the Nprinting Designer Qlik_Nprinting_Designer*.log
• for the NPrinting On-Demand Qlik_NPrinting_<version>_On-Demand_Add-On_*.log

When raising a support case with Qlik Support, make sure to include these files in a zip archive.
