How To Demonstrate Steps to Replicate the Issue

Problem Step Recorder is a useful tool for showing steps to replicate an issue.
It's already installed on most Windows machines, and it's very useful for demonstrating processes with lots of clicks. On each click of the mouse, it takes a screen-shot and types out what is happening. At the end, it zips everything together into a neat little package. The only down-side is that it takes a screen-shot of all windows you have currently open, so it would be a good idea to turn off all but 1 during the recording.
1. Start > Run > psr
2. Press "Start Record"
3. Perform your task
4. You can use the "Add Comment" option if you'd like to highlight a section of the screen and add a comment.
5. Press "Stop Record"
6. Review resulting file and save
See attached for what the resultant file looks like.
