EXECUTE Command Does Not Work In Server Reloads

EXECUTE command does not work in QlikView data load script, after upgrade to QlikView 11.20 SR11 (or later) or QlikView 12.
The EXECUTE function is disabled by default since QlikView 11.20 SR11 and in QlikView 12.
The EXECUTE function can be enabled for server side reloads, by modifying the config for the QVB.exe
