For some Qlik Sense Enterprise SaaS tenants, even if they have Qlik Sense Enterprise entitlement, they will not see the new Alerting section due to a missing backend attribute. This is primarily affecting Partner NFR licenses.
The attribute in the LEF is: SAAS_ALERTING;FULL;;
If you would like to validate whether or not this attribute is missing, follow these steps:
- Login into your affected tenant as a tenant admin.
- Go to the URL + /api/v1/data-alerts/settings
- You should get a response that includes something like:
