Unable to use HTML to style the master items description.

Beginning with Qlik Sense April 2020, HTML cannot be used to style master item descriptions. 

Environment

• Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows April 2020
• Qlik Cloud 
• Qlik Sense Business 

Resolution

This is working as designed. Displaying HTML in Master items descriptions is not a documented feature and disabled to:

1. Protects against XSS vulnerabilities (potential malicious code)
2. Allow customers to have their expressions shown in the description fields correctly.

Dear, 

Any workaround as this was a very helpful feature in all of my dashboards as you can keep it light on the eye for your end users (if you are using HTML)
Or can this be enabled again (in the own environment, we are running on Qlik Sense Enterprise  on Windows)

As this was disabled in a security effort, a workaround is currently unavailable.

I would suggest raising an idea to have a similar functionality implemented in our Ideas section on the community. Feel free to @ me once you have done that so I can give it a vote!
