Some users get "Request failed" after requesting on-demand NPrinting report

  • NPrinting returns the message "Request Failed" in the export window.
  • Various users request the reports and for some they succeed but for others they fail.

Environment

 

Resolution

  • In the Qlik Sense app, having a 'Fixed Number' as a limitation causes Nprinting to behave essentially as a locked field or an 'always one selected' value
  • Switching to “No Limitation” in the Qlik Sense app and saving it followed by a reload of the NPrinting Connection to this Qlik Sense app resolves the issue.
