The engine system logs read the following error:
The document GUID-OF-DOCUMENT failed to load for unknown reasons (e=-64) [-1].
Related issues include: Limited QVD access, High CPU or Memory, non-specified performance-related issues from the Hub or Qlik Sense Management Console.

Reset permissions on folders for the service account to ensure full control.
NOTE: Read messages carefully when applying settings, especially on remote shared folders, as you may inadvertently remove permissions.
Navigate to each folder listed one at a time ...
- Right-click on each folder and follow steps 2 to 5:
- C:\Program Files\Qlik
- C:\ProgramData\Qlik
- \\QlikShareFolder\
- On each folder, open the Properties
- Select the Security Tab
- Choose Advanced
- On the bottom left select change permissions/enable inheritance
- Check Replace all child object permission entries from this object
- Apply
- Repeat the steps on all nodes.
NOTE: this can be performed on any folder where you believe the Service Account should have full permissions
