Blank screen displayed after logging in to create a tenant

1. You have received the Tenant Onboarding Email containing a Let's get started link to create a new tenant:

2. When clicking on the link, it redirects you to the login page where you enter your credentials and click on login:

3. Passing the login screen, a blank page is displayed without any possibility to go ahead and create the Tenant:

Resolution

So far this behavior has only been seen when using Internet Explorer. To resolve it:
 

  1. Clear cache (see How to Clear Browser Cache for specific site) and try to open the link and login again.
  2. If clearing cache does not help, copy the let's get started link from the email received, open it up in a different web browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Edge) and then login.
  3. The tenant creation page will then be visible.
