Qlik Sense BigQuery connector: Unable to retrieve a field list from the table Products_View: ERROR[HY000][Qlik][BigQuery](1000) Error interacting with REST API

A connection to Google BigQuery via ODBC connector may stop working. it is not possible to create new connections too.  The error message below is shown:

Unable to retrieve a field list from the table Products_View: ERROR[HY000][Qlik][BigQuery](1000) Error interacting with REST API: Access Denied: Project tpplc-data-lake-viewer: User does not have bigquery.datasets.create permission in project tpplc-data-lake-viewer.

Environment:

• Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows #September and November 2019 releases. 

The problem is due to a software defect (QB-466).

The problem is fixed in Qlik Sense 2020 February and higher releases so an upgrade is recommended.
