Nprinting Custom roles to execute Qlik Sense On-Demand Reports not working as expected

Description:

Issue Description:

• Customer is trying to create a custom role for executing NPrinting On Demand report through the Qlik Sense Hub. However, it is not working as the User expected to generate the report is not able to see the report.
• Other custom NPrinting Security roles are working.

Environment reported:

• Qlik Sense June2019 (patch version not provided)
• NP June 2019 GA

Environments affected:

• All versions of Qlik Sense for On Demand reporting

Cause:

• NPrinting On Demand not installed
• NPrinting On Demand not fully configured
• Incomplete NPrinting security role permissions

Resolution:

To ensure that the end users are able to view and execute On Demand reports via the Qlik Sense hub you must ensure that:

• The Qlik Sense custom NPrinting On Demand objects have been added to Qlik Sense.

• The Qlik Sense custom NPrinting On Demand object have been added the Qlik Sense sheet.

• The new NPrinting Security role is 'enabled'
• The role must contain the user role option: create report. Image attached contains minimum role requirements. (Recommend copying all attributes from the default 'user' security role and inserting the 'create report' option as indicated in the image.
