Some document administrators cannot see their assigned tasks in the QMC. They belong to a cross-domain active directory solution.
Environment:
QlikView
Cross-domain was probably disabled for Document Administrators in the QMC.
- Stop the QlikView Management Service (QMS)
- Edit C:\Program Files\QlikView\Management Service\QVManagementService.exe.config as an administrator
- Set <add key="DocumentFolderAdminUseXDomain" value="false" /> to true
- Restart the QMS
