Cross-domain document administrators cannot see assigned tasks in QlikView Management Console (QMC)

Some document administrators cannot see their assigned tasks in the QMC. They belong to a cross-domain active directory solution.

 

Environment:

QlikView 
 

Cross-domain was probably disabled for Document Administrators in the QMC.

  1. Stop the QlikView Management Service (QMS)
  2. Edit  C:\Program Files\QlikView\Management Service\QVManagementService.exe.config as an administrator
  3. Set    <add key="DocumentFolderAdminUseXDomain" value="false" /> to true
  4. Restart the QMS
