Does a Qlik Sense Enterprise SaaS Tenant admin need a license and can I change the tenant admin?

1. Does the Tenant Administrator require a license?
   • No, a Tenant Administrator only requires a login. However, if you have enabled Professional access to be allocated by default. They will be given a Professional license when they log in. 
2. I would like to change who has Tenant Administrator. 
   • A Tenant Admin can not remove their own permission. 
   • If you want to remove the Tenant Administrator you will need to do the following: 
     1. Login as the current Tenant Administrator.
     2. In the Admin Console, elastic.example/console, assign Tenant Admin to another user. 
     3. Login as that user and remove Tenant Admin from the original Tenant Admin.
