Developers opening the Qlik NPrinting Designer receive the error:
The current user could not be authenticated
Environment:

Resolution:
There are two possible root causes for this issue.
Verify that the NPrinting user account affected has a valid Active Directory Domain inserted.
- Open the Qlik NPrinting admin console
- Locate the affected user
- Verify that their Domain account is currently set up (See fig 1)

- The affected user needs to clear the browser cache (cached login credentials)
- Restart the affected user's browser
- Log in to NPrinting again using Windows Authentication and log out again browser cache
- If SAML is used, verify SAML authentication
Verify if the cookie.prefix value was changed
- Check the app.conf in C:\ProgramData\NPrinting\webconsoleproxy for the lines:
#The session cookie prefix.
cookie.prefix=NPWEBCONSOLE
- if the cookie.prefix is changed from the default value above, uncomment or change it back to the default.
