Cannot click open Dimension or Measure screen

Intermittently cannot click open Dimension or Measure screen within the edit screen.

Environment:

Qlik Sense November 2018 and newer

Resolution:

Disable the touch screen option in the Qlik Sense Menu.

Cause:

The browser is being flagged as a touch screen.
