It may become necessary for QlikView Server administrators to remove the certificates used in the authentication of the QlikView Services.
Resolution
- Open the Windows Server Microsoft Management Console (MMC) by clicking the start button and typing mmc and clicking enter
- Within the MMC, click File > Add/Remove Snap-in...
- Select Certificates and click Add
- Select the Computer account radio button and click Next
- Ensure the Local computer: (the computer this console is running on) radio button is selected and click Finish
- Ensure that Certificates (Local Computer) is displayed under the Selected snap-ins and click OK
- Within the Certificates snap-in, expand Console Root > Certificates (Local Computer) > Personal > Certificates
- Select the certificates issued by "QlikViewCA" and click the Delete icon (red X)
- Click Yes when prompted if you wish to delete these certificates
