QlikView End Users cannot see documents (.qvw) they should have access to on the AccessPoint. 

Environment:

QlikView any version 

 

Resolution:

  • Verify user permissions on disk (if using NTML)
  • Verify user permissions in QlikView Management console (if using DMS)
  • If documents are distributed, verify that the Source Document and User Document have matching distribution lists
