The Qlik Sense Repository Service is not starting, and the logs state:

Fatal exception during startup  Key not valid for use in specified state

Environment:

Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows 

Resolution:

This is a certificate error stating that the key is not marked as exportable: CryptographicException “Key not valid for use in specified state.” while trying to export RSAParamet...

This can be caused by certificate corruption or incorrectly moving the certificate.
