On loading of the data an error shows "the object could not be read"

During a reload a message appears:

the object could not be read

An ERROR in Log in location C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Log\Engine\Trace  --> *_System_Engine.txt displays:

AppSerializer: SaveApp_internal caught extended exception 9001: Read Failed

Environment:

• Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows 

1. Verify that the Qlik Sense service account has the correct permissions. The account needs write permissions, not only read permissions.
2. Verify that the required files are excluded from active Virus Scans: Qlik Sense Folder And Files To Exclude From Anti-Virus Scanning

Hello @Purushothaman 

These are file permissions on disk. You can verify them by using a Windows file explorer:

1. Right-click on the folder you want to verify
2. Click Properties
3. In the new window, select Security
4. Verify the account has the required permissions
