Error message when trying to reach the QlikViewServer (QVS) in the Qlikview Managemnet Console (QMC)

QlikView Managemnet Console (QMC) can not talk to QlikViewServer (QVS).

The AccessPoint is still working.

Error message when trying to reach the QVS in the Qlikview Managemnet Console (QMC)
Failed to retrieve settings from QlikView Server.Make sure that the QVS is available with the correct credentials.

QMC logs show:
Error    System.Exception: Failed to retrieve document list from the specified QVS

QVS logs show:
SE_LOG: CQvXmlInterfaceRequestHandler - Catch: errId(-3). Ino(-1). Fno(90)

Environment:

QlikView 

Resolution:

In the QlikView Management Console and QlikView server settings, open the Log in tab. Verify if the tab has user credentials defined.

If so, remove the credentials. 

The system does not require a username and password in this tab. The user used will be the service account.
