Description:

From NPrinting February 2019 and newer versions, the 'Data Displayed 'Height and 'Data Displayed Width' are 2 new parameters that are available for Qlik Sense images only. This is used to capture the desired data range of the Sense object and not having the resulting image impacted by the responsive design of Qlik Sense when it is resized in the NPrinting template.

If you look at the options in Excel, you will see there is also a difference:

Image properties for a QV image (left) vs Sense image (right):

Left   right

The data displayed height and width are only shown for the Sense image. The max height and max width determines the size of the rendered image, along with whatever stretch properties are applied.

In PowerPoint, max height and width parameters are not found within image properties of the NPrinting Designer. Here you can drag the corners of the image or manually set the image size directly on the image placeholder within the NPrinting template.

Note: Prior to the introduction of this feature, resizing the image in the template, even with what would be the appropriate stretch parameter applied, resulted in occasional unpredictable, unexpected and undesirable report results. This new feature provided greater control over Qlik Sense Image rendering within the Qlik NPrinting platform.
