No NPrinting published reports showing up in QlikSense Unified Hub

Some users can't see NPrining reports after publishing the task to QlikSense Hub. 

For example, they do not see "Reports" under the Personal section:

Environment:

Qlik NPrinting 
Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows 

 

Note that:

  1. Recipients must be Windows domain users configured in both Qlik NPrinting and Qlik Sense. See Distributing reports to the Qlik Sense hub.
  2. The published reports are stored in \\<FileShareDrive>\StaticContent\SharedContent on QlikSense server.  NPrinting server account must have full writing permission to it.
  3. Security Rules may be configured wrongly and not allow access. See Guidance on how to conclude if the issue is Security Rule Related to identify which ones.
