Description:
- If a report or reports attached to an email fail to generate, the default behavior is for the email to be sent to the publish report task recipient which contains an error message stating to "contact your administrator".
- It is required in the organization that emails should not be sent if the report for the intended recipient fails. No error emails should be delivered to publish task recipients.
NOTE: Reports will fail to generate when an NPrinting filter or filters applied to them result in a zero data set for the intended recipient. For additional information, see filter rules.

Upgrade to the latest version of NPrinting.
Managing publish task distributions and Task error management options were introduced on NPrinting April 2019 and newer versions. It is suggested to upgrade to the latest version of NPrinting to leverage this and other NPrinting feature updates and performance enhancements.
