When sending NPrinting reports via email, some failures occur.

The logs contain this error:

Error Failed to send e-mail for bucket ... to .... ERROR: 4.3.2 STOREDRV.ClientSubmit; sender thread limit exceeded [Hostname=Mailserver-hostname]

Environment:

Cause:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/troubleshoot/send-emails/smtp-submission-improvements

Resolution:

"4.3.2 STOREDRV.ClientSubmit; sender thread limit exceeded" is a Microsoft Exchange error that gets reported in NPrinting logs.
This usually means that the SMPT server is overloaded with messages from a sender.

Other SMTP status codes which point to other email server specific issues may be received instead such as "ERROR: 4.2.0 STOREDRV.Submission.Exception:MailboxInTransitException.MapiExceptionMailboxInTransit; Failed to process message due to a transient exception with message Cannot open mailbox". The same logic and recommendation below applies here.

This is not NPrinting specific and should be investigated on the email server side with the specific admin or 3rd party support.

For the first error, possibly requesting an increase of the current limit would apply.
