Cannot import App (qvf) to the QMC "Failed to import app. Please check the log file"

Importing a QVF file using the Import option in QMC>Apps it takes several minutes to upload and shows an error message: "Failed to import app. Please check the log file".

App import migration is actually completed but simply does not exit.
A workaround please try aborting the ongoing import after a minute or so. The app will appear in QMC with an Ongoing migration status but can be opened despite that. Once the services are restarted (might be an issue with stopping the engine service), the repository will update it to Successful.
