If the used service/admin domain account has the required permissions to access the share which can be accessed via UNC path, further investigation may be necessary.
Assuming Qlik Sense installation documentation was followed, likely there is an issue with the account used.
- Try another admin account to install
- Then update the Qlik Sense Services to used the correct service account.
