The verification of a QlikView NPrinting Cluster connection fails at various points but the NPrinting Meta Data connection still generates as expected
- For example, you may see the connection verification error: "At least one QlikView Server in the cluster can open the specified document"
Additionally, in the NPrinting engine log and you will find the message:
- "The maximum message size quota for incoming messages (65536) has been exceeded or similar"
The Quota and a parameter in the QlikView.config file is too low for NPrinting connection processing.
(Do not change the config file as a workaround. Allow R&D to resolve the issue in the November 2018 release and simply ignore the message in the meantime.)
NOTE: There is no temporary fix for this issue.Do NOT change the QlikView.config file in an effort to try to resolve this as this will cause other QlikView server issues.
This has been solved with an increase of the quota and a parameter in the QlikView.config file.
The fix will be included in the NPrinting November. 2018 release.

PLEASE NOTE: This error does not prevent the working execution and completion of the NPrinting Cluster Connection. The message is a "FALSE POSITIVE" and can be ignored. The NP Cluster connection metadata reload will complete normally. (assuming no other issues are in play).
