NPrinting - ERROR: 4.4.2 Message submission rate for this client has exceeded the configured limit

In NPrinting, sending multiple reports by email fails with ERROR: 4.4.2 Message submission rate for this client has exceeded the configured limit.

This error usually happen when using Microsoft Exchange as a mail server

Environment:

• Qlik NPrinting, any

Cause:

This is an error sent by Microsoft Exchange. It basically means that you have reached the limit of the MessageRateLimit parameter in your Exchange receive connector.
 

Resolution:

There are currently no settings in NPrinting to decrease the message rate so we recommend to increase the MessageRateLimit in your Exchange Server.
