Qlik SAP InfoProvider Connector retrieving wrong number of rows

When using Qlik SAP InforProvider Connector, the wrong number of rows is received.

In the connector logs we see a number much inferior retrieved with no failure registered:

04 Jul 2018 11:59:17,366 [5] - INFO - SqlDataService.GetData() - read 11698 data rows.
04 Jul 2018 11:59:19,116 [5] - INFO - SAPInfoProviderConnection.GetData() - Fetch completed successfully, received all 11698 rows sent from SAP.


The SAP system logs may register a line similar to the following:

    17.08.2018    11:59:15    Timeout reached while waiting for clearance of shared buffer.            00      001       E

Environment:

• Qlik SAP Connectors 
• Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows 

Current buffer size exhausted either on SAP system, Qlik SAP connector, or both.

Resolution:

Increase the SAP system buffer size. If issue persists increase the BufferPercentage setting in the connector string properties as well.
