Unable to create Mashup in Dev-hub of Qlik Sense

Unable to create Mashups in the Qlik Sense Dev Hub.

The option is simply greyed out.

Environment:

Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows 

A potential cause for this issue is that the default extensions imported by Qlik Sense at the installation were not imported correctly.

To check this you can navigate to the Qlik Sense Management Console and Extensions section to verify if the extensions are available. 

Resolution:

If the default extensions are not there we suggest:

• Check that the service account running the service has access to the static content folder
• Make sure FIPS is disabled See Qlik Sense: Cannot access QMC or Hub. Error in repository log: implementation not part of Windows FI...
• Re-import the extension manually (You can get them from another deployment or you can reach out to Qlik Support
