User get error message when opening Qlik Sense app Hub after reloading the app

When the user opens a specific app there is an error appears "An error occurred. Connection lost.".
After clicking the close button another error pops up. "Connection lost. Make sure that Qlik Sense is running properly. If your session has timed out due to inactivity, refresh to continue working."
This issue occurs after this app has run data reload. After restarting the Engine service, the issue is gone until the next time reload.
Qlik Sense: all versions
The data source contains invalid UTF-8 characters in fields. As the result, returning those invalid strings caused Qlik Sense Client can not render them.
Find out the fields that contains invalid UTF characters from the data source.
Correct the data from the data source, and repopulate the Qlik Sense fields with correct data.
