Certificate Error After Upgrading To June 2018 Release

After upgrading to June 2018 release, even all Qlik services are up running but QMC and HUB could not get opened. It shows the error related to internet connection, firewall or proxy.
In c:\programdata\Qlik\Sense\Log\Repository\Trace, some log files contain the timing, which indicates the services are not running correctly. In repository trace log, the error is like 'can't access to client_key.pem file under C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Repository\Exported Certificates'.
In Folder Explore, open C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Repository, then make the folder Exported Certificates shared with the service account.
