Adding an extension in the Qlik Sense Enterprise Management Console fails with error can't add extension.
The extension is otherwise valid and can be successfully imported into other environments.
Resolution
Verify that the shared location configured during installation exists and that the Qlik Sense service user has access to it.
To locate the share:
- Open the Qlik Sense Management Console
- Locate the Configure System tab in the left-hand menu
- Open Service Cluster
- Verify where the Service Cluster points and ensure the server and account have access to it.
