REST connector created in cloud doesn't work in desktopArticle Number: 000051851 | Last Modified: 2018/11/21
Hi, So I've created a few apps on the cloud with a QSCB account, all using REST connectors to fetch data. When importing any of the apps to the Qlik Sense Desktop, the link in the REST connectoer simply doesn't work and needs setting up again. I tried doing the opposite, and the REST created in the Desktop doesn't work when uploading app to the cloud.
What is the expected result? REST connector to work on both platforms simultaneously.
What have you tested to solve the issue? Created REST connection in cloud, downloaded the app and openned in desktop. Checked data manager and app wasn't able to connect using the REST, while it still worked in the cloud. I did the opposite (created in desktop and uploaded to cloud) and same result.
