Cannot Export Extensions in the QMC, "Failed to Export Extension" When Logged In Via Virtual Proxy Load Balanced to a Node Having No Engine Service

When logging in to the QMC via a Virtual Proxy that is load balanced to a node that is not running an engine service, if you try to export an extension then this fails with the error "Failed to export extension. Please check the log file."Environments:

Since the web extensions service runs behind the broker service, and since the broker service routing requires an engine, then this means that currently an engine is required to export an extension--otherwise, it will fail.
Qlik Sense should not currently require an engine when exporting extensions; this is a bug.
Login to the QMC via a Virtual Proxy that is load balanced to a node that is running an Engine service.
