Qlik Sense - Unable to access the QMC/HUB - The client certificate does not have the correct extension

Unable to access Qlik Sense Management console and hub.

The Qlik Sense Engine logs located in > Trace > System read as follows:
 

WARN    TlsSocket: The client certificate does not have the correct extension   
ERROR   QvSocket: Client authentication failed for [TCP socket ::1:4747 <-> ::1:60700]. 0   

Environment: 

Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows 

This error is a symptom of a certificate issue in your environment. Qlik Sense relies on its certificates for communication between the services. 

Resolution:

Verify if any Qlik Sense certificates have been duplicated. In a standard environment, the certificate should be installed as documented on the Qlik Sense Help.
