I. The "Profile" page in the Support Portal can be found - once logged in - by hovering over the "My Account" icon and then selecting any option in the "My Profile" section
II. The details that can be changed actively are: the "business profile", "photo upload" and "opt-out of case e-mail updates". Click "Save" after making the needed changes (see below):
III. If further details need to be updated, like: name, phone number, e-mail address, job title, etc. please contact Customer Support as these profile details can not be updated actively.
