Adding a Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows Rim node fails with the error
Incorrect Password
Environment:
Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows
This occurs when:
- The Central node and the rim node are separated in a different network, for example, one node is in DMZ.
- Port 4444 on the central and rim nodes are blocked.
- This issue is caused by access issues when attempting to access/recreate the certificates and/or other GPO's that affect certificates.
Resolution:
- Move the nodes into the same network
- Open port 4444 on the central and rim nodes
