Basic Information on How App Objects Status generally work:
When it comes to App Objects on a Published app, the Approved and Published status will be only available for the objects which are published along with an App into stream.
Base Sheets - The sheets created and published first
Published by <user name> - Published by that particular user from his duplicated base sheets
My sheets - Which are duplicated sheets of the base sheets ( when ever user tried to modify any base sheet or published sheet by another user it will create a duplicate sheet under MySheets
Generally the App Objects created will follow below process:
Step1: Assume normal user creates/duplicate a sheet. this will be having status Not Approved & Not Published. And he can view it under MySheets
Step2 : Now the same user can right click and publish the sheet. This will be having status Not Approved and Published. This sheet will be visible to all users under Community Page.Solution 3:
From June 2018 version , right click the sheet and select 'Approve"
