The error is "You cannot access Qlik Sense because you have no access pass"
The LEF contains a line that begins with PRODUCT;SUBSCRIPTION; and the current date is within the range that follows that.
Version 3 cannot understand the PRODUCT;SUBSCRIPTION; part of the license, and won't work with it.
