While opening the NPrinting report Template Editor any of the following errors is displayed:
Cannot access document when in modal condition.
or
Qlik NPrinting Designer can't find a supported report template editor for the file
Error message:
Call was rejected by callee.
Cause:
The issue is being caused by Microsoft Office either not being correctly licensed or a sign in being required.
Resolution:
Resolve issues with the Microsoft Installation.
In case of Licensing issues in Microsoft Office 2016, this error may popup along with Product Activation Wizard. In this case, it is possible to work around the issue by cancelling the Wizard and pre-opening the program (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) needed for the specific report type (leaving it opened) and then opening the Template Editor once again.
You may also need to sign out and sign back in to your Office installation.
