This article will explain how to filter through the extended download page in order to locate the needed files. The extended download page is categorized based off of product and requires the end-user to filter through selections to find their desired download file.
- Log into Qlik Account from the Qlik homepage
- Access the download page. Refer to article for how to reach the download page if needed How to Access the Extended Download Page to Download Qlik Products
- Click on the Get Started button to begin filtering through the page
- Filter to the desired Qlik product using the tab at the top of the download page
- Use the filters on the left-hand side of the download page to locate the desired product/downloads. Filters include:
- Preferred Language
- Patch (if applicable)
- File Function
- Operating System
- Available selection based off of filter drill-down will be available in the center of the page
- Click on the desired file if filter selection was correct to open up file or begin product installation
- Contact Customer Support if additional navigation assistance is required via the Support Portal
