Confirm "Archived logs root folder" and "ArchivedLogsFolder" location
1. Go to "QMC >> ServiceCluster > Archived logs root folder "
Please check "Archived logs root folder"
2. Go to "QMC >> Data connection >> ArchivedLogsFolder"
Double click ArchiveLogsFolder and check "Connection string" (
3. If these folder locations are different
Update "Connection string" (QMC >> Data connection >> ArchivedLogsFolder) to the same location as the archived logs location in the service cluster
You need to change "Connection string"
From : "C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Repository\Archived Logs\ "
To : "\\qlikserver1\share\ArchivedLogs"
4. Delete all old *_7.2.x.qvd on "C:\programdata\qlik\sense\Log" and load Operation monitor app
