End user tries to open QMC or HUB with Chrome browser in HTTP protocol and it results with error messages either from QMC or HUB. However, trying same with HTTPS works fine or other browsers beside Chrome, like Internet Explorer or FireFox.

(old) When using a secure connection (HTTPS) the cookie contains the "Secure" property that means that the browser is only allowed to use the cookie over a secure connection. When you switch to an unsecured connection Chrome does not allow you to overwrite the cookie since it is not on a secure connection. IE/Firefox overwrites the secure cookie and that is why it works to switch between HTTPS and HTTP in those browsers without clearing the cookies or restarting the browser first.
NOTE: newer releases will allow switching without regard to browser and allow HTTP or HTTPS but not both at the same time.
Qlik Product & R&D do not consider the same user switching between HTTPS and HTTP to be a real use case, or a end user day-to-day practice, and thus the Qlik Sense Proxy Service cannot accommodate this work-flow.
NOTE: Newer releases can switch from HTTPS to HTTP and vice-versa, but the proxy will not accommodate both protocols at the same time.
(old) However, there are two possible solutions
1 -Try different browsers like Internet explorer or Firefox.
2- For Chrome, the session cookie must be removed, so user must entirely close the Chrome browser
