Unable to connect to Qlikview server from a qlikview desktop, port 4747 is open on the server.Article Number: 000038277 | Last Modified: 2019/01/22
After entering the connection details, either by NT identity or any other option, the end user sees the following error:
Connected to server OK, No reply received
If extended error logging is enabled on the qlikview server, in the extended error log, users see the following error:

The previously generated crypto key was corrupted.
On the system where you are trying to connect to the Qlikview server, Go to the following location;
First check if the user running Qlikview has full permissions to this folder, if not, assign full permissions to the user running Qlikview to this folder
Then check the content of the folder, back up the files in the folder, and remove all the contents of this folder.
The file should be recreated once Qlikview desktop is closed and re-opened.
