Can Microsoft IIS be used to replace the Sense Proxy and act as a web server?

Qlik Sense is self-sufficient and does not require an additional web server to be installed.

While QlikView has a web server component, which can be optionally replaced by an integration with Microsoft IIS, Qlik Sense requires its Proxy Service at all times.

Integrating Qlik Sense in an IIS WebSite is possible, and so is the usage of IIS as a Reverse Proxy or for Application Request Routing (ARR).

If the goal is to add additional response headers, this is possible with the Qlik Sense proxy already. See How to add additional response headers in Qlik Sense for more information.
For information regarding HSTS compliance, see How to Redirect HTTP Traffic to HTTPS in Qlik Sense: HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) in Qlik S....
