Qlik Sense Rim Node in a DMZ

Setting up Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows with a rim node in a secured or otherwise different sub-net (such as a DMZ) comes with specific setup requirements. Strictly speaking, a Sense rim node cannot be installed in a DMZ without allowing additional access that would otherwise be blocked.
