In general, there are 3 steps needs to be done by 3 different roles when setting up SSL:
Should you encounter any issue during this process, please make sure to contact the correct role for assistance. For instance, if you have trouble obtaining a trusted certificate, please contact the organization's System Administrator. If you have trouble importing a certificate to Windows Server, please contact Windows Administrator.
