NPrinting 17, 18 and higher versions up to June 2018 release must use at least TLS 1.0. If TLS 2.0 is enabled exclusively, TLS 1.0 must be enabled.
A registry key would have been explicitly entered in order to explicitly disable TLS 1.0 causing NPrinting to stop working
Before proceeding as shown below, please note that all versions of NPrinting 2019 releases (other the the February 2019 GA initial release) do not require TLS 1.0.Please upgrade to NPrinting February 2019 SR 1 or higher versions
to remove the necessity of taking the steps below for versions of NPrinting 2019 February GA release and lower versions. Reference

To resolve this, simply re-enable TLS 1.0 on the NPrinting server if it has been explicitly disabled in the registry.
