When QlikView users belong to multi-domains, the distribution task by QlikView Publisher may fail to provide the document authorization to some users. The issue seems to be caused by the inability to access some of domain controllers during the task execution.
The root cause may be the inability to access the domain controllers by network disturbance. That prevented QMC to access User Directories so that some of user names were not fetched. QlikView is based on the concept with a directory service connector that fetch users when needed. We don't replicate any data stored in the LDAP database but instead ask a question every time QlikView need access to user information including groups.Differences in QlikView and Qlik Sense LDAP configuration
